Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Work Hours: 8 Hours per Day

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 BDT per Month

Job Description: Edit Flows is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team. We are seeking someone with great video editing skills to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video clips to make them look amazing.
  • Work closely with our team to understand project needs.
  • Ensure all videos meet high quality standards.
  • Try out new editing ideas to make the videos even better.
  • Complete projects on time and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in video editing and a strong portfolio.
  • Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Skills in color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
  • Strong communication skills to work in a remote team.
  • Great attention to detail.

The salary ranges from 40,000 to 60,000 BDT per month, depending on your skills and experience. Bonuses are offered based on performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Talk with clients and reply to messages clearly
  • Join client meetings when needed
  • Use CRM tools to manage clients and projects
  • Negotiate timelines and project details with clients
  • Lead and manage the video editing team
  • Push editors to meet deadlines
  • Review videos before delivery
  • Make sure every video meets high quality standards

Base Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 BDT (based on experience and results)

Incentive: Commission per closed deal. Strong performance can boost total income.

EditFlows is a growing video editing agency working with international clients. We are looking for someone who has real experience in Upwork bidding for an agency. You must know how to win projects, not just send proposals.

What You Will Do:

  • Find good Upwork jobs related to video editing, YouTube, VSL, and social media
  • Filter jobs carefully before spending connects
  • Write custom proposals based on client needs (no copy paste)
  • Position our agency clearly in proposals
  • Follow up with clients and move them toward closing
  • Handle basic negotiation and pricing talks
  • Track proposals and deals using CRM or tracking sheets
  • Improve proposal conversion rate over time
  • Join client calls if needed

Mandatory Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Upwork connect strategy and connect budget management
  • At least 1 year of Upwork proposal writing and bidding experience
  • Worked before in a video editing agency or digital marketing agency in a similar role
  • Proven record of closing projects on Upwork
  • Experience handling agency-level Upwork accounts
  • Good understanding of hire rate, client spend, and proposal competition

Required Skills:

  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals
  • Understanding of YouTube long-form, Shorts, Reels, VSL, ads, and social media services
  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset
