EditFlows LLC (doing business as “Edit Flows”) reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference at its sole discretion at any time.

You (referred to as “Customer”) accept our Terms of Service by clicking the checkbox in the checkout process, which is required to complete your purchase. By doing so, you confirm that you have reviewed and understand the content in our knowledge base outlining details about how our service works and our scope of service.

Any changes or modifications to this Agreement will be posted by Edit Flows at www.editflows.com/terms-conditions and will take effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Site regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, discontinue using the services and provide notice of cancellation.

Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription at any time, but it must be done at least 5 business days before the end of the current subscription period. Cancellations can be made through the client portal or by contacting your Success Manager.

Subscription Use –Your subscription and any add-ons will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. While turnaround times are not guaranteed, most customers receive a first draft within 1-2 business days and revisions within 24 hours. Unused hours do not carry over to the next period.

Upon cancellation, access to Edit Flows services will remain available through the end of your paid billing term. Access to your account and files requires an active subscription, and cancelled accounts will not have access to files once the billing term ends.

After 45 days of no editing activity, Edit Flows reserves the right to delete all associated files, media, and assets from our servers.

Money Back Guarantee -We offer a 14-day refund period for new customers. However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. If you are requesting a refund for the first time, please email your project manager through the client portal or contact us at info@editflows.com.

A processing fee will apply to refunds made within the 14-day period, covering administrative costs.

Payments and Refunds-
 Payments are non-refundable except under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee. By subscribing, you authorize Edit Flows to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each renewal date. Edit Flows may change its fees with 5 days’ notice, except for temporary promotions or fee reductions.

Service Use and Limitations –Edit Flows services are intended for reasonable use by agencies and companies. The Essentials plan is not intended to replace a full-time, on-staff editor. If you are found to be misusing the service, sharing accounts, or violating our values, Edit Flows reserves the right to terminate your account.

Output files –
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all delivered files will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all files upon delivery and notifying our team of any needed corrections.

Ownership of Content – You retain ownership of any content you submit, while Edit Flows retains archival copies for the purpose of fulfilling your requests.

Non-Solicitation of Employees – You agree not to solicit or hire any Edit Flows employees or contractors during your subscription and for five years after it ends.

Limitation of Liability – Edit Flows will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from this Agreement. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Business Hours – Edit Flows operates Monday-Friday, 9 am – 6 pm Central Time (March-November), and 8 am – 5 pm Central Time (November-March).

Governing Law –This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
